Bowery ships orders Monday-Friday. You will receive a tracking number once the order is processed.

Bowery gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items for store credit 10 days from time of delivery. All sale items are final.

• Items must be returned within 10 days.
• Items must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
• Items must have all original tags attached.
• Items must not be sale items

Bowery does not offer refunds at this time. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only.

• You will receive an email, to the email address provided at checkout, with your store credit information.
• Store credit can be used up to one year from the day that it is issued.
